This Subscription Policy explains the terms that govern the optional subscription offered by Revornyn Health, operated by Cypress Ecom LLC (“Revornyn Health”, “we”, “us”), for the Compression Sleeves – Subscribe & Save option. A subscription is created only when you deliberately choose it at checkout. By placing a subscription order, you agree to these terms.

Subscription at a Glance

1. Subscription Overview

The Compression Sleeves subscription delivers one 6-Pack of Revornyn Health Compression Sleeves every 30 days, so you always have fresh sleeves to wear, rotate and wash. The subscription is a convenience you choose. It is never a condition of buying from us, and Compression Sleeves can always be purchased as a one-time order instead.

2. No Free Trials and No Automatic Enrollment

Revornyn Health does not offer free trials, trial periods, introductory trial offers, or any “try before you buy” arrangement. Every subscription order is a paid order from the first shipment, at the price displayed at checkout.

We never enroll a customer in a subscription automatically. A one-time purchase, including the Pack of 6 offer, is never converted into a subscription. No order, promotion, discount, bundle, checkout step or pre-selected option will place you into a subscription without your deliberate, affirmative selection. If you did not knowingly choose the Subscribe & Save option, you are not subscribed.

Specifically, we will never:

• Convert a one-time purchase into a recurring subscription
• Pre-select or pre-check the Subscribe & Save option
• Start a subscription after a trial, sample or promotional period
• Make a subscription a condition of receiving a discount or free shipping
• Charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you affirmatively opted into the subscription

3. How to Enroll

A subscription is created only when you complete all of the following steps yourself:

1. On the Compression Sleeves product page, you actively select the Subscribe & Save – $39.99/month option instead of the one-time purchase option. The one-time option is the default.
2. At checkout, you review the subscription terms, which state the product (Compression Sleeves 6-Pack), the price ($39.99 USD per delivery), the frequency (every 30 days), and that charges continue until you cancel.
3. You confirm your consent to recurring billing by placing the order.

Once your subscription is active:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method $39.99 USD every 30 days for each shipment
• One 6-Pack of Compression Sleeves ships after each successful charge
• You receive an email reminder 5 to 7 days before each renewal charge, and a receipt after each successful charge
• The subscription price may differ from the one-time purchase price; both are shown on the product page before you choose
• All subscription orders are subject to product availability

Your order confirmation email identifies your order as a subscription. If you believe a subscription was created in error, contact us right away using the details in Section 15 and we will cancel it.

4. Billing Cycle and Frequency

The Compression Sleeves subscription has one frequency: charged and shipped every 30 days.

Your billing cycle begins on the date you place your initial order, and your first charge of $39.99 USD is taken on that date. There is no delayed first charge, no deferred billing, and no trial period. Each following charge occurs 30 days after the previous one, or on the nearest business day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday.

5. Recurring Billing

Your subscription continues to bill $39.99 USD and ship one 6-Pack every 30 days until you skip, pause or cancel. Each renewal continues the subscription you chose at checkout; it is not a new enrollment. Renewals are charged at the price disclosed when you subscribed, unless we have given you 30 days’ notice of a price change under Section 10.

If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you and may pause your subscription until your payment information is updated. We will not retry the charge indefinitely, and a paused subscription is never reactivated without your request.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other electronic payment methods shown at checkout. All charges are processed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

7. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your online account, emailing info@revornynhealth.com, or calling +1 573-383-3197 during business hours.

You may:

• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Pause your subscription, and resume it whenever you choose
• Change the number of 6-Packs per delivery
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment information

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order. A paused subscription is not charged and does not ship until you ask us to resume it. We will never add products, upgrades or additional subscriptions to your account on our own.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no penalty, fee or minimum commitment. Cancelling is as easy as signing up:

• Log into your account and select “Cancel Subscription”, or use the Cancel my Subscription page

Cancellations received at least 24 hours before your next billing date prevent that charge. You will still receive any order already charged and shipped, but you will not be charged again. We confirm every cancellation by email. A cancelled subscription is never reactivated unless you create a new one yourself.

9. Shipping

Processing: 1–2 business days after each billing date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery: standard shipping, 5–7 business days.
Cost: standard shipping is free on every subscription delivery. You receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Locations: United States only (all 50 states, Washington D.C. and US territories; additional charges may apply to territories). No international shipping for subscription orders.

10. Pricing and Promotions

The subscription price is $39.99 USD per delivery. We will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice by email of any price increase, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Any promotional price applies only to the shipments it is expressly stated to cover. Promotions never include a free period, a $0 or reduced-price trial shipment, or any arrangement in which a later charge is higher than the amount disclosed at checkout without notice.

11. Product Availability

If Compression Sleeves become unavailable, we will notify you by email, offer suitable alternatives that you may accept or decline, let you skip or pause the delivery, and refund the charge if no acceptable alternative is available. We will never substitute a different product, or move you to a different subscription, without your approval.

12. Returns and Refunds

Subscription deliveries are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. If you are unsatisfied with any delivery, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization and refund. Returns within 30 days are free.

13. Privacy

Information collected through the subscription is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, and we never use your subscription or payment details to enroll you in any other product or service.

14. Changes to This Policy

We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel at any time before then. No change to this policy will ever introduce a free trial or enroll you in a subscription you did not choose.

16. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Our subscription practices are intended to comply with applicable automatic-renewal and negative-option laws, including clear disclosure, affirmative consent and simple cancellation. Disputes are resolved under our Terms of Service.

Recurring Order Disclosure

By selecting “Subscribe & Save – $39.99/month” for REVORNYN HEALTH – Compression Sleeves, you are placing a paid recurring order for one 6-Pack every 30 days. You will be charged $39.99 USD today and $39.99 USD every 30 days thereafter until you cancel. Standard U.S. shipping is free. There is no free trial and no automatic enrollment: this subscription exists only because you selected it. You will receive an email reminder 5 to 7 days before each charge and a receipt after each charge. You may skip, pause or cancel at any time, free of charge, from your account, the Cancel my Subscription page, by email at info@revornynhealth.com, or by phone at +1 573-383-3197.
