RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Revornyn Health, operated by CYPRESS ECOM LLC, through revornynhealth.com.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it;
  • unused and unworn;
  • with tags, if applicable;
  • in its original packaging;
  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.


2. How to Start a Return

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for eligible returns, including returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or no longer wanting the item.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of an error on our part, please contact us immediately at info@revornynhealth.com. If we approve the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered to us.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted as soon as possible after delivery so that we can properly review the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are not in original condition;
  • items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, or included components, where applicable;
  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • items sent back without prior return approval;
  • final sale items, clearance items, or sale items, unless required by applicable law;
  • gift cards;
  • digital products, ebooks, downloadable content, or electronically delivered materials;
  • subscription digital content that has already been sent, delivered, accessed, or received;
  • personal care, hygiene, or health-related items where return would be inappropriate for safety, hygiene, or compliance reasons, unless defective or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.


6. Digital Products, Ebooks, and Subscription Content

Digital products, ebooks, downloadable materials, and subscription content are generally non-refundable once they have been sent, delivered, accessed, or received.

If your subscription ebook has already been sent to the email address provided at checkout, the related subscription charge is not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless we determine that an error occurred.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders.


7. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Purchasing from Revornyn Health may include enrollment in a recurring subscription.

The subscription begins billing 21 days after your initial purchase. The first subscription charge is $40.00 USD, and the subscription renews every 30 days thereafter at $40.00 USD until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a formal cancellation request to:

Cancellation requests take effect within 24 hours after we receive your email.

If a subscription charge has already been processed before your cancellation request is received or before the 24-hour cancellation processing period is complete, that charge may not be refundable, especially if the related ebook or digital content has already been sent, delivered, accessed, or received.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future subscription charges. It does not automatically refund previous charges.


8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return for the eligible item you already purchased. Once your return is accepted and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.


9. Refund Review and Approval

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

A refund may be denied if:

  • the item is used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete;
  • the item is missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or components;
  • the return was sent after the 30-day return period;
  • the return was sent without approval;
  • the item is not eligible for return under this policy;
  • we reasonably determine that the return is fraudulent, abusive, or violates this policy.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


10. Refund Timing

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please remember that banks, credit card companies, and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

11. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be sent to:

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been submitted, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.


12. Shipping Delays and Unavailable Items

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website or in our order communications.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to comply with applicable U.S. rules for online orders, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which generally requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for promised shipping times or to ship within 30 days if no time is stated. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe or applicable default timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate or offer cancellation and refund options as required by law.


13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it.

We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmations, subscription disclosures, cancellation records, digital delivery records, and communication history to payment processors or banks in connection with chargebacks or payment disputes.


14. United States Only

Our products and services are intended for customers located in the United States.

We do not intentionally sell or ship products outside the United States. Any return or refund request will be handled according to this policy and applicable U.S. law.
